Most loyalty programs operate by having you collect confusing points with complex conversions, which can be frustrating to track. We decided to do things differently and more transparently.
We designed our system to be as clear as possible for you. While you do collect MedCoins, you know exactly what they are worth because 1 MedCoin = 1 CZK. You can see them in your account and simply deduct them from your cart on your next purchase.

HOW IT ALL WORKS
Register, shop, and pay. Once the order is completed and the statutory period has passed (which in our case is 21 days from the creation of the order), the MedCoins will be credited directly to your account.
For your next purchase, simply apply them in the shopping cart as a discount – it is entirely up to you whether you use a portion or all of them at once. You can see the exact number of MedCoins you will earn for a specific purchase clearly before you submit the order.

PURCHASES IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES
Because we want to take care of all our customers equally well, we have set a fair exchange rate even for foreign currencies. Therefore, 1 MedCoin equals a discount of:
A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS AT THE END
We like to be transparent, so we want to avoid any misunderstandings:
- Discounts cannot be combined: You cannot combine MedCoins and a discount code in a single order. You must choose either to apply a code or use your accumulated MedCoins.
- Returns mean point reversal: If you return goods for any reason, the MedCoins earned from that purchase will be cancelled. Similarly, points cannot be applied when exchanging goods.
- No hidden currency: Naturally, bonus points have no real cash value; they serve solely as a discount at our store. If we detect any attempt to abuse the system, we must intervene and suspend the account.
